Returns and Refunds Policy

Blissbazzar offers a simple procedure that guarantees hassle-free returns. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Kindly submit a request for a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Miscellaneous:

Exclusive club jerseys, accessories (fragrances, sippers, socks, and bags), and innerwear (sports bras and vests) are not returnable.
Requests for exchanges are not accepted. Kindly send the product back and place a fresh order.
Please ensure that the items being returned are unopened, in-original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Legal Details:

The Republic of India's laws apply to the Offer. All rights reserved. Requests for the benefits to be transferred, assigned, or redeemed will not be accepted. You acknowledge that Blissbazzar's decisions about the Offer are final and legally enforceable against you. In the event that Blissbazzar fails to enforce any of these terms and conditions, it will not be considered a waiver of those terms and conditions and will not give rise to any claim by any party.

Indian law governs these terms and conditions, and the Madhya Pradesh courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or matters arising out of them.

Force Majeure:

This Offer is subject to events beyond Nexasphere Technologies Private Limited reasonable control, such as floods, natural disasters, war, terrorism, political unrest, technical difficulties, acts of God, and so on ("Force Majeure Event").

If a Force Majeure Event results in a delay or other unfavorable outcome for Offer participants, Nexasphere Technologies Private Limited will not be held responsible.

REFUND POLICY

Canceled Orders:

After the cancellation, the reimbursement will be credited to the original account within five to seven days.
Any applicable shipping or COD fees are not refundable.

Returned Orders:

Refunds will be started to the source account as soon as the product(s) return to our warehouse and pass quality control.
